Little Venice

Close to Regents Canal in Maida Vale. This 3 storey town house came to us having not been touched for nearly 40 years. We lovingly restored from the ground up with the addition of a new deeper basement and conversion of the loft. We wanted to create the perfect juxtaposition between period and modern, with such features as period oversized doors, cornice and skirting but in contrast modern frame-less glass fronted fireplaces and a bold contemporary kitchen.
